Qualified History Teacher – KS3 and KS4

Are you looking for a temporary to permanent position as a Qualified Teacher of History?

We are currently recruiting for Qualified History Teacher to take on a full-time teaching role, teaching key stage 3 and 4 History.

We are working with a secondary school based in Hemel Hempstead who are in search of a qualified teacher of History. Our client require a teacher who is committed to the role and looking to expand on their skills as a teacher. 

The role is initially a one year temporary contract with an offer of a permanent contract for the right candidate. 

The School has an extremely supportive SLT Team, who work closely as a team and support their teachers with planning, preparation and assessments.

About the role:

• Experience with the UK curriculum
• Be a Qualified Teacher, specialising in History. 
• Able to teach key stage 3 and 4 History, and take on full teaching responsibility. 
• Successful pass rate for GCSE. 
• Strong behaviour management

What we require:

• QTS Status or an NQT,
• 2 years references
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS Certificate
