Early Years Teaching Assistant – Harpenden

We are looking for an outstanding Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and beautiful school in harpenden. The role requires someone who is passionate about Early Years Education. You will also have the necessary skills and experience to make a real difference in the lives of children. The successful candidate must be able to commit full-time.

The school is a three-form entry primary school with a high intake of students and staff from different backgrounds. This is a great opportunity to join a culturally diverse school and to learn and develop in the field of Early Years Education.

About the role

• prepare learning materials under the supervision of the teacher
• contribute to the social and emotional well-being of the children
• knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• create a stimulating environment
• A passion for working with children and providing excellent learning experiences
• keep records and attend review meetings
• Ability to build relationships with children, parents and staff

What we require:

• Experience working with children
• 2 years reference’s
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS Certificate
