Early Years Teaching Assistant – Harpenden

We are seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join one of the most vibrant and beautiful schools in the area of Harpenden. This role requires someone with a passion for Early Years Education, as well as the skills and experience required to make a real impact on children’s lives.

The successful candidate will need to be able to commit to full-time work. This school is a three form entry primary school, with a diverse range of students and staff. It is a great chance to join a school that is culturally diverse and to learn and grow in the early years education field.

As a Teaching Assistant, your role will be to promote learning through play, to create a safe and enjoyable working environment and to look after the children in Nursery. There are several children within the nursery with additional SEN needs, whilst you will not be working on a 1:1 basis with them, you will need to dedicate more time and focus to their care and progress.

What we require:

• Experience working with children
• 2 years reference’s
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS Certificate
